Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reason.

The right of withdrawal is recognized exclusively to individuals who purchase for personal purposes, unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity.

You can communicate your decision to withdraw within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

If the order includes multiple products delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last product.

The deadline is considered met if the request is sent before the 14 days expire.

You can submit the request directly from your personal area on the site:

1. log in to your account;
2. open the section dedicated to orders;
3. select the relevant order;
4. use the button to request withdrawal or return;
5. select the products you wish to return.

The request will be forwarded directly to our management system.

You will receive a confirmation email of receipt, containing the information needed to proceed with the return.

It is not necessary to use a paper form and it is not mandatory to specify the reason for the return.

After communicating your decision to withdraw, you must return the products within the following 14 days, following the instructions received via email.

Before shipping the package, wait for the processing email containing the instructions for the return.

The simple refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package does not replace the communication of withdrawal.

The shipping costs necessary to return the products are your responsibility.

You can freely choose the carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipment and keeping the receipt until the procedure is complete.

If the product received is incorrect, damaged, or has a defect, the normal rules regarding withdrawal costs do not apply. In these cases, contact us before shipping.

Products must be packaged appropriately to protect them during transport.

We recommend using the packaging you received the order in or another sufficiently sturdy packaging suitable for the product's characteristics.

The absence of the original packaging does not automatically result in loss of the right of withdrawal, provided the product is returned adequately protected.

All returned items will be checked.

You can examine the product as you would normally in a store, but you must return it without using or handling it beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics, dimensions, and functionality.

The product must be returned:

• complete with all its parts;
• clean;
• without damage or marks caused by use;
• complete with any accessories received;
• adequately packaged to avoid damage during transport.

The refund amount may be reduced in the presence of a loss of value caused by use or handling of the product beyond what is necessary to verify its condition.

In particular, the refund may be reduced if:

• the product shows clear signs of use;
• the product is incomplete or damaged;
• parts or accessories included in the order are missing;
• the product is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

In case of withdrawal relating to the entire order, we will refund:

• the price of the returned products;
• the costs of the standard delivery method initially incurred.

Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered are not refunded.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date we receive the withdrawal communication.

We may suspend the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof of their shipment, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will not involve additional costs.

You can exercise the right of withdrawal for only one or some of the products in the order.

In this case, only the price of the returned products will be refunded.
