when your bag arrives and how much it costs to get it home.

The 7-10 business days are not a logistical waiting time, but the time needed in the workshop to take your bag from order to a package ready for shipment: cutting, hand-sewing, and final checks before packaging. It is the same artisanal process described on the "how a Bagful is born" page, only here it starts from your specific order instead of a model already in the catalog.

If you need the bag for a specific date, it's best to order with this margin in mind: courier delivery times are always added to the preparation days, not replaced by them.

When the package leaves the workshop, the courier is Poste Italiane: delivery takes an average of 1-2 business days throughout Italy.

Along with the shipping notification, you receive the tracking number provided directly by Poste Italiane, which you can use to follow the package all the way home, step by step.

The standard shipping cost is €7.90, valid for most of Italy. For some areas, the cost may be higher than the standard rate, even if delivery times remain the same: the exact cost for your area is shown during the ordering process, before payment.

At the moment we only ship within Italy: we do not yet handle shipments to other countries.

If you're not in a hurry, standard shipping remains the most convenient way to receive your bag directly at home, with tracking included from the moment of shipment.

If instead you want to see and touch the model before placing your order, or you don't want to wait for the preparation days, you can stop by the Bagful showroom in Dolo, next to the workshop where the bags are sewn: there, the selection depends on what is available in-store at that moment, while online you order the exact model you've chosen, knowing already when it will arrive.
