If you have a question about an order, a product you've already received, or a general inquiry, the starting point is the contact page: you'll find the email, phone number, and address of the showroom in Dolo (Venice), with guidance on which channel to choose based on what you need to ask.

For most written requests, including those with photos to attach, email is the most convenient channel; for a quick response or to explain a situation over the phone, the page also provides the phone number.

Bagful bags are cut and sewn by hand after the order is placed, so they require a few days of preparation before the courier takes delivery of them. The shipping page explains preparation and delivery times, shipping costs, and how order tracking works.

To find out how you can pay for a Bagful order, when the amount is charged, and what happens after choosing a method at checkout, the payments page explains all accepted methods. This is also the right page if you've already ordered and are unclear about a charge you've seen on your statement or card.

If the bag you received isn't the right one, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. If you want to change the model, color, or size, or report a shipping error, the process is different and requires direct contact with support.

If a defect emerges after the first few days of use, perhaps after a few months, the bag remains covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 24 months from delivery: this is a different right from withdrawal, as it comes into play when there is actually something wrong with the product, not just when you change your mind.
