To remove dust and small marks from daily use, all you need is a soft, slightly damp cloth. Gently wipe the surface without rubbing, and let it air dry away from heat sources.

When done regularly, this simple step keeps the surface as bright as when it first left the workshop, without the need for specific products.

When a stain or more visible mark doesn't come off with just a damp cloth, a little mild soap diluted in water is enough. Pour it onto the cloth, not directly onto the bag, and wipe the area with light circular motions, as you would with leather.

After cleaning, wipe with a second damp cloth without soap to remove any residue, then let it dry: residue left on the surface can dull the material's shine over time.

Some products and methods, even if effective on other materials, can damage printed PVC: harsh solvents and alcohol, which dull the surface and alter the print colors, and abrasive sponges or hard brushes, which risk scratching the non-porous surface and leaving permanent marks.

Also avoid machine washing or prolonged immersion — it's not the intended use for the material — and drying with direct heat sources, such as a radiator or a hairdryer held too close, which can alter the surface.

For ink, paint, or oily substance stains, we don't have a tested and guaranteed solution: the safest approach is to treat them with a damp cloth and mild soap, without using harsh products. If the stain persists, it may not come off completely: it depends on the substance and how long it was in contact with the surface.

If the bag has been in the rain, the first priority isn't cleaning it but drying it: wipe the surface with a dry cloth as soon as you can, so moisture doesn't get trapped near the zipper or seams, where water can more easily work its way in.

There's no need to clean the surface too frequently: excessive washing can wear down the protective paint layer and, as a result, fade the print color.

The best advice is to clean only when the product really needs it, when there's visible dirt: this way its original beauty is preserved longer over time.
